Returns Policy
Unopened items can be refunded if returned within 15 days of purchasing. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that your received it, unused and it its original packaging.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
To start a return, contact us at hello@cosymama.co.nz. Please note that returns will need to be sent at your personal cost, unless product deemed faulty upon return inspection then we will refund you the returns shipping fee. All returns will need to be sent to our Whakatāne address, in which we will provide when initial contact is made.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and refunded you, please contact us at hello@cosymama.co.nz
Change of mind
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind purchases.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will do our best to fix any issues. Please get in touch to specify the concern and we will either send you a replacement product or provide a refund.
We will need proof of the damage or fault, so please take a photo of the product issue in its original packaging and email us the details. Email us at: hello@cosymama.co.nz
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and/or refunds on 'sale' items (unless faulty) or gift cards.
