Each item in your bundle is simple to use, but deeply supportive. You’ll receive a small guide that explains how each tool can help during labour - from using your acupressure balls for pain relief, to massage and essential oils for relaxation. You can also explore tips and educational posts on our Instagram or blog to help you feel confident using them.

Yes! Cosy Mama offers birth pool hire for families preparing for a home birth. Our pools are designed for comfort, space, and calm. Plus come with everything you need for setup.

You can reserve your equipment online by selecting your preferred hire dates. We’ll send everything directly to you, cleaned and ready to use, with clear setup instructions. Once you have given birth, simply follow the pack down and clean instructions and pack it back in the provided box and return it using the pre-paid label.

We recommend booking from around 36-37 weeks pregnant to make sure your pool or equipment is ready when you are.

No, TENS machines cannot be used in water. You’ll need to remove the electrode pads before getting into a bath, shower, or birth pool. You can always reapply them once you’re dry and out of the water.

The electrical pulses help your brain focus on the gentle tingling sensation rather than the intensity of contractions. Many women find that it:

Eases tension and reduces pain
Promotes relaxation between contractions
Gives a sense of control during labour
Works best when started in early labour and used consistently.

Absolutely! Many mamas love pairing our labour and birth support products with a birth pool and or TENS hire to create a complete birth experience. You can add both to your cart for seamless checkout.

Yes! Each item we stock has been carefully chosen with your safety and wellbeing in mind. We use gentle, natural ingredients and always encourage you to check with your midwife or care provider if you have specific sensitivities or health concerns.

Our Birth Pools and Liners are made from durable and safety tested PVC.

Orders/Shipping

Tracking is provided for all orders. You will be sent an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

We work quickly to get your orders dispatched as soon as we can. Orders will be sent within 2 working days of you placing your order. Your order should arrive between 3-5 working days.

If you are returning an item and we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

If your order has not arrived within 3-5 business days, please first check your shipment tracking number. If it is unclear where your parcel is, contact us in the next instance and we will follow this up.

Yes if you are needing to cancel your order, we can arrange this our end, however there will be a small admin fee involved.
