Hire Terms and Conditions

By hiring a product with Cosy Mama, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

You must seek medical advice from your care team prior to use.

Cosy Mama accepts no responsibility for injury, accident, damage or death to property/persons relating to the use or misuse of any hire products provided.

A refund will not be offered or provided if the item is not used during your period of hire.

You MUST check your hire items within 48 hours and notify us of any problems with your order. If there are any issues with item(s) this needs to be discussed with us. We accept no responsibility for any issues, if you fail to do so.

If the item(s) are returned more than 48 hours late - your bond won't be returned, as this affects the next booking. Unless otherwise arranged with Cosy Mama.

If any item(s) are missing or damaged, your bond will not be returned.

Tens Machine and Birth Pool Fairy Lights must be returned with all batteries provided. Please dispose of any used electrode pads and birth pool liner.

Additional Birth Pool Hire Terms and Conditions

The birth pool must NOT be used without the provided liner. 

Blue hose provided is for filling the birth pool and clear hose provided is for emptying DO NOT use vice versa.

We cannot guarantee that the provided tap adaptor will fit every tap. It likely should fit at least one tap in your home, however if you find it does not fit - it is your responsibility to arrange a suitable alternative, they can be purchased from a hardware store at your own cost.

No pets or children are to play in/around the birth pool.

Please make sure on return birth pool has been wiped clean with warm water and non-harsh disinfectant solution/soap. Emptying hose to be washed out with warm soapy water too.
