"Labour is different for every women. Some women find the birth tools, breathing exercises and water all they need in terms of pain relief. For others an epidural is needed - you would think that once you have an epidural you wouldn’t need these tools but I have seen them work really well alongside an epidural. Great for having something else to focus on. Once the epidural is working there’s no guarantee that you’re 100% pain free so it’s still a great time to use these birth tools"
